We are a dedicated gluten free facility. That means no wheat, barley, or rye ever enter our kitchen. Every product we make is crafted in an environment that’s completely gluten free, so you can enjoy every bite with confidence.
We follow strict procedures to ensure no cross-contact, including:
- Separate equipment and utensils used only for gluten free production
- Staff training on coeliac safety and allergen handling
- Routine cleaning and sanitation protocols that exceed industry standards
- Regular supplier checks and ingredient tracking

Most of our products are also dairy free, and we’re transparent about every ingredient we use. Whether you're managing multiple food sensitivities or cooking for someone who is, we want you to feel confident that Phoenix products are made with care.

Frozen for Freshness & Peace of Mind
To lock in freshness and reduce risk during transport, our products are frozen immediately after baking. This makes it easy for you to stock up and enjoy safe, delicious baking on your terms — whether that’s school lunchboxes, weekend brunch, or a late-night pie.

We bake and pack everything right here in our dedicated kitchen. Online orders are delivered across Auckland, and you’ll also find our products in stockists all over New Zealand.
