FROZEN READY TO BAKE CROISSANTS 4pp out of auckland see instructions

This is a frozen product. If you are ordering out of Auckland you MUST provide a BUSINESS address only as the trucks will not deliver to a residential address. 

WOW! Warm and yummy freshly baked croissants ready for filling and enjoying for breakfast or lunch. You just have to have to keep a packet in the freezer!

Thaw for 20 mins, then place frozen on an oven tray and brush on top with a beaten egg for best results.  Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes, or longer if they need it.  Every oven is different.  It is browning to quickly on the outside turn the oven down so the middle cooks.  Remember these will not puff up they stay the size they are, they have no gluten.

Ingredients: Tapioca Flour, Water, Dairy Free Margarine [Vegetable Fat, Emulsifiers (471, 322-soy), Acidity Regulator (500), Antioxidant (307b) Food Acid (330), Colour (160a)], Potato Starch, Castor Sugar, Eggs, Sunflower Oil, Rice Flour, Raising Agent (450, 500), Stabilser (412), Yeast, Iodised Salt.
